Job Details:
This position directly supports the management team and requires foresight with a flexible aptitude, the ability to pursue and navigate high-level external communications on behalf of the chairman, as well as nurture collaboration with senior management and colleagues across departments. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, wildly organized, and have a growth mindset. Interest and knowledge of the media and Financial sectors will allow for greater success in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executives work and personal schedules and appointments
- Responsible for external and internal communication on behalf of executives
- Set up and coordinate meetings on behalf of senior management
- Prioritize task lists, projects, and approval flow
- Act as an effective gatekeeper of executive’s time and schedule
- Arrange travel for senior management
- Help with ad-hoc duties and assist senior management as needed
- Coordinate communication with external and internal parties including but not limited to: permit renewal, communication with contracts, insurance agents and more
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to finance, media, operations or merchandise
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Impeccable multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality related to personal and business matters
- Candidate should be able to work with little supervision and anticipate executive needs
- Exhibited an ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
